Warranty Policy

1. Product Warranty

At TaibahGift, we are committed to offering a reliable and secure shopping experience by ensuring all products sold through our platform are covered by authorized manufacturers or sellers.

  • Warranty Period: All electronic devices sold on TaibahGift come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or seller. Accessories (e.g., earphones, batteries, cables) are covered based on the manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty policy.

  • Warranty Provider: Warranty services are provided by the manufacturer or authorized service center. This includes:

    • Spare parts availability

    • Quality and time of repair

    • Technical support

  • Contacting Service Centers: Customers should contact the respective brand’s service center directly for claims or inquiries. If the brand’s service center is unavailable, TaibahGift will assist in facilitating the process as much as possible.

  • Proof of Warranty:

    • The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and warranty validity.

    • If a warranty card was delivered with the device, it must be presented at the service center.

  • Repair & Warranty Duration: Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period. Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer’s policy.

  • Delayed Warranty Processing: In the event of delays from the service center, customers may claim compensation directly from the warranty provider as per local regulations.

  • Third-Party Sellers: Products sold by third-party sellers on TaibahGift are subject to the seller’s individual warranty terms.

2. Pickup & Delivery for Warranty Service (If Applicable)

If TaibahGift offers a pickup and delivery service for warranty requests (available in select areas), the standard processing timeline is as follows:

Note: Pickup and delivery is an optional service and may be subject to additional charges. TaibahGift reserves the right to offer or discontinue the service at its discretion.

Packing & Delivery Instructions:

  • The item must be packed securely in its original box.

  • TaibahGift is not responsible for damage during transit due to improper packaging.

  • All original accessories must be included when submitting the product.

  • Customers should back up their data, disable any device locks or Find My Device features, and remove SIM cards or additional items before handing over the device.

Replacement or Refund Under Warranty:

If a product cannot be repaired and is still under valid warranty, customers may receive a replacement or partial refund (deducting usage value and missing accessories), in line with Ministry of Commerce regulations.

Replacement or refund decisions are issued directly by the service provider or seller.

Important Notes:

  • Service centers may charge an inspection fee if the claim is rejected or the warranty is expired.

  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, water damage, or external causes.

  • Any missing accessories or product damage must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item after service.

  • Customers are responsible for data security on their device.

  • Products unclaimed after 30 calendar days of completed service may be disposed of, and no compensation will be issued afterward.

3. Brand or Seller-Provided Warranties

  • Device warranties are provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service partners, following their policies outlined in the product manual or official website.

  • For warranty service, customers must contact the brand’s service center directly.

TaibahGift is not responsible for parts availability, repair quality, or service time for third-party warranties.

In some cases, TaibahGift may offer its own warranty for selected products, and this will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • Replacement parts or repaired items will only be shipped to addresses within the same purchase region.

  • Refunds will be processed only to bank accounts within the region of purchase.

4. General Guidelines

  • Products not collected after warranty processing will be stored for a maximum of 30 calendar days, after which they will be disposed of without compensation.

  • Customers must not update their contact details during the claim process. All communications will be made using the contact info on file.

  • Customers confirm the accuracy of all warranty claim information submitted.

  • TaibahGift and its partners may use customer contact details to fulfill warranty service requirements.
